well, I broke down and snarfed 2 1/2 chicken nuggets. I did eat them with honey, and I had my smoothie.
that craving was WAY too great, but I'll be making my cookies in just a few minutes. I feel really guilty for eating them. Does that sound stupid? I was doing so well, but I feel my blood pressure rising from the sodium.
I feel like I'm a failure to not fight off the craving. What really suck is I still hungry. I could honetly eat about 4 more (large finger, not the mini one from whatever your fast food chain of choice is). I am really feeling guilty.
